Things You Should Know Before You Sign Up For A 1300 Number

BEWARE 1300 Numbers hidden call rates – If a telco doesn’t publish it’s 1300 Number’s  rates on it’s web site but asks you to fill out a form to find out their rates, you’d have to wonder what they have to hide? Only deal with honest up-front telcos who openly publish their call rates.

Cheap Rates Can Mean Poor Quality Calls:  Some Providers push calls across their poor quality Voip networks at very cheap rates. If you want your customers to experience best quality calls, only deal with secure, carrier-grade Providers. Remember hackers can hack into unsecure Voip and steal telephone call time.

Your New Provider Should Be Debt Free: Hosting with a debt free compnay is important to give you peace of mind that your 1300 number is safe with us which means you won’t wake up one morning to find your 1300 service has been cancelled because you went with a debt ridden reseller. Dealing with a telco (large or small) that has debt means you run the risk of a “without notice” disconnection if they fail to pay their network accounts. If your Provider doesn’t advertise it is debt free, for peace of mind you should ask your Provider to write you a letter stating it is debt free.
